Collet & Rod Set for Rotating Periotome

The collet and rod set is compatible with either the PowerFloat guarded or unguarded right angle attachment. The smaller, unguarded attachment has a slight advantage for burring and drilling procedures. There is no guard on this shaft, so it is possible to manoeuvre the collet and burr into slighty tighter spaces for some drilling and sectioning. The collet and rod system is installed into the right angle shaft to convert it to a rotating periotome to allow drilling of multiple holes deep into the periodontal space in order to destroy periodontal tissue during extraction procedures.

The collet accomodates 1 mm titanium alloy sharpened rods. The set includes one collet, 5 titanium alloy rods, 5 stainless steel set screws and corresponding hex keys.
