PowerLite IV: A reliable tool with a solid design suitable for professional use.

PowerLite 5: Smaller shaving inches of from ever angle, which results in a more compact, and lightweight head lamp, making it easier to handle and wear during extended procedures. With it a massive 0.2lb weight saving it will be even more comfortable to wear for extended periods.

PowerLite IV: Uses 6 standard batteries.

PowerLite 5: Uses 4 batteries, optimised for efficiency and includes lithium ion PCB-protected batteries for added safety and longevity.

A PCB-protected battery is a rechargeable battery equipped with a Protection Circuit Board (PCB). This small circuit is integrated into the battery to enhance safety and durability. It protects the battery from potential hazards, such as:
o Overcharging
o Over-discharging
o Short circuits
o Overcurrent protection

PCB-protected batteries safer and more reliable, particularly in devices like headlights or other tools where consistent performance and safety are critical.
